Test Development Leader

As a Test Development Leader, you'll need to:

一、Work closely with a project team and customers

1.Discuss technical proposals with clients

2.Write specifications and technical reports

3.Organize reviews and verifications

4.Ensure on-time design and resources

5.Keep customer up-to-dated of project status

6.Main customer contact in project related technical issues

7.Carry out project planning and prepare project budgets together with

project managers

8.Participate and organize customer meetings

1.Leading a quotation work

2.Estimate design work for quotation

3.Estimate product price

三、Design electronic circuits

1.Design electronics circuits based on specifications or requirements,

design rules, component libraries and customer requirements with

several design tools.

2.Document the design work including the needed manufacturing

documents.

四、Support Design printed circuit boards

1.Design printed circuit boards based on existing specifications or

requirements, design rules, component libraries and customer

requirements.

2.Document the design work including the needed manufacturing

documents.

3.Optimize the electronics design for manufacturing processes to be used

4.Optimize the electronics design for manufacturing tests and test system

五、Support Define testing requirements

1.Define a test specification and requirements for

electronics/products/system

2.Define a design verification requirements

六、Manage prototypes test result

1.Test that the product or system meets the requirements and

specifications

七、Leading the verification of design work

1.Verify that the product or system meets the requirements and is suitable

for the intended use.

Required know how and skills ：

一、Education:

BSc or MSc preferably in Electrical Engineering

二、Work experience:

1.At least 10 years of experience in electrical engineering / test

engineering

2.Have more than 3 years of testing and development team management

experience.

三、Skills:

1.Strong analysis and practical problem-solving abilities to improve

designs

2.Creativity, innovation and attention to detail

3.The ability to translate complex ideas into clear concepts

4.Have a good understanding of the design methods and tools used

5.Have a good understanding of the manufacturing processes and

methods

6.Have a good understanding of the design standards

7.Have a good understanding of product cost

8.The ability to carry out thermal and electrical calculations

9.The ability to produce good documentation

10.The ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with other engineers

11.Organisation, project management and leadership skills
